Director of Instructional Development
Support, develop, and empower faculty of more than 50 instructors and coordinate matters related to instructional development of university. In addition, instruct cohorts of 10-15 teachers seeking credentialing in project-based, collaborative, virtual learning. Design Zoom classes for groups of diverse linguistic backgrounds and experience levels. Evaluate assignments using rubric assessment tools. Teach and coach through synchronous and asynchronous learning, including virtual classes, discussions, and group projects.

Promote inclusion through small-group instruction. Serve as the ESL testing chair and coordinator under the direction of the assistant principal. Designed seven-day Integrated Performance Assessment for elementary world language classrooms. Wrote district-wide world language curriculum for levels one and three of high school language instruction. Design teacher-facing lesson plans, unit plans, and assessments.

Designed and wrote year-long online course for new teachers of foreign languages.
